How to make a request

• A clear description of the right you wish to exercise
• Any details that help us locate the relevant data

What to expect

We will respond to your request within one month, as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before acting, to protect your data. There is normally no charge, though we may decline or charge a reasonable fee for requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive, as permitted by law.

If you are unhappy

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority if you are in the EU. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
